Mental Health and Addictions Program

Counselling services for Mental Health problems such as anxiety, stress, family conflict, Alcohol and Drug addiction is available by appointment only. Referrals to treatment Centers and Detox Centers are made through this program.

Law Advocate

Ooknakane Friendship Centre has a Law Advocate available by phone on Wednesday mornings. Please call for an appointment.

Law Advocate Services Include:

• Filling out government applications ie: CPPD, CPP, PWD & income assistance.
• Legal advocacy for people with low income.
• Landlord/Tenant issues.
• Family law.
