This is a 4-day workshop is for young indigenous women between 19 – 29. The agenda will cover:

Basic Communication Skills – Assertiveness

· Goal setting – look @ Barriers

· Self-awareness – Self Identity

· Cultural Awareness

· Craft making

o Making Rattles & learning to Bead simply

There is no cost for the weekend which runs from Thursday, March 30 to Sunday, April 2. Transportation can also be provided. Call the Friendship Centre at 250 490 3504 to register.
