Outreach
The Outreach workers build respectful, trusting relationships with individuals and community members while helping connect them with the supports and resources they need. Outreach is about meeting people where they are, listening without judgment, understanding the experiences and barriers they may be facing, and supporting them in a way that respects their identity, dignity, and personal choices. The Outreach workers strive to create a safe and welcoming space where people feel heard, valued, and connected to their community, while helping them access services such as housing, health care, and food.
